A proud product of the Norman Manley Law School, Georgette Grant has seven years’ experience as an Attorney-at-Law. Called to the Legal Fraternity in 2012, Georgette has spent her time immersing herself in the practice and study of the law.
Her passion to contribute to nation building led her to work at the St. Catherine Parish Court in April of 2013. There she spent five years as a Clerk of the Courts honing her skills, learning to cater to a myriad of demands at the same time and becoming quite au fait with applying and interpreting legislative principles.
Georgette holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Guyana South America, a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston Jamaica and a Masters of Laws Degree with Distinction in International Maritime Law from the IMO International Maritime Law Institute in Msida, Malta.
When not working, Georgette enjoys the simple pleasure of reading a good book.
