Showing off her skills, the Honourable Olivia Grange, Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport was ‘guest steel pan player’ following her presentation at the Media Launch of Carnival in Jamaica 2018 at the Jamaica Pegasus on Thursday, October 19.
