Kingston, 4 March 2025 – The Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, the Honourable Olivia Grange, has announced the members of the Sexual Harassment Tribunal.

The Minister made the announcement at the Post Cabinet Press Briefing at Jamaica House on Tuesday (today).

The Tribunal will be chaired by the Retired Court of Appeal Judge, Mr. Ferdinand Algernon Smith.

It will have two deputy chairs: Ms. Indera Persaud and Mrs. Karen Campbell-Bascoe.

The other members of the Tribunal are:
Ms. Khadrea Folkes
Mrs. Debby-Ann Brown-Salmon
Ms. Camille Lee
Ms. Karen Thompson-Wilson
Ms. Clare Pamela Miller
Mr. Kevel A. Campbell
Mr. Donald Roberts
Ms. Shaneek Rose Clacken
Mr. Junior A. Latibeaudiere
Dr. Meric Dale Walker
Rev. Dr. Devon Merrick Dick

The Tribunal is established under the Sexual Harassment (Protection and Prevention) Act to hear and determine complaints and to make awards.

Minister Grange said all workplaces in Jamaica should by now have their Sexual Harassment policies in place. The policies must be brought to the attention of each worker, client, student, resident, ward, inmate, patient or member, as the case may require. Any workplace or institution that fails to implement such a policy — which should outline a process for reporting and resolving a complaint of sexual harassment — could face sanctions.
