The Annual meeting of the Americas Council of Sports (CADE ) will be held in over the period April 23-24, 2025 at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites in Montego Bay Jamaica. We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Jamaica. We welcome all participants of the various regional meetings and look forward to the vibrant and candid panel discussions and presentations during the XXV CADE General Assembly. We trust that the discussions regarding sport integrity and sport for health promotion among other key topics, will result in a clearer path ahead as we seek to provide the best possible frameworks within which all our athletes can develop and thrive.

All guest room reservations will be made by… When you register for the assembly, you will be asked to provide your arrival and departure dates.

The cost of hotel accommodations for up to three (3) nights in a standard guest room will be paid for by the assembly host. Each participating country can have up to two (2) sponsored representatives. Any additional hotel room nights, upgrade requests, and incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. If a country chooses to send more than two (2) representatives, it is responsible for all expenses.

Delegates are responsible for their international travel arrangements and tickets. However, the host Country will provide ground transport for delegates from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and then from the hotel to the airport upon departure. Arrangements will be finalised once your travel reservation and itinerary are finalised and shared with the host.

We recommend that you arrange travel to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) which is located approximately 16km (25 minutes) from the Iberostar Rose Hall hotel.

Yes, we will provide interpretation services for the CONCECADE on April 23, 2025 and for the CADE Assembly on April 24, 2025.

All attendees will receive a letter of invitation from the host country upon the request of the participant. Letters will be sent shortly after you submit your assembly registration.

All meetings will take place in-person.

Hotel And Travel

Airline Travel

All guests are responsible for making their own airline reservations and covering the cost. When you register for the CADE assembly, you will be asked to provide your arrival and departure dates & times. This information will be used to arrange transportation from the airport.

Local Transport

Arrangements will be made to have assembly attendees picked up at the airport in Montego Bay and taken to the Iberostar Rose Hall Hotel. Arrangements will also be made to transport guests from the hotel to airport on their day of departure. 

Hotel Accomodations

The assembly is taking place at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites, Montego Bay, Jamaica.

All guest room reservations will be made by the assembly host. Therefore, please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. When you register for the assembly, you will be asked to provide your arrival and departure dates. A confirmation number will be sent to each guest prior to the assembly.

The cost of hotel accommodations for up to three (3) nights in a standard guest room will be paid for by the assembly host. Any additional hotel room nights, upgrade requests, and incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. If a country chooses to send more than two (2) representatives, it is responsible for all expenses of all additional guests.
