Oliver Fagan

Oliver Fagan serves as Chairman of the African Caribbean Institute of Jamaica/Jamaica Memory Bank and Liberty Hall, the Legacy of Marcus Garvey.

A graduate of Excelsior High School, Wolmer’s Boys’ School and the University of the West Indies, Mona, he was a Reporter with the Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation and Radio Jamaica, and is now Communications Specialist at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development.

A history and news and current affairs junkie, and fishing and horseback riding enthusiast, he is married to Dawn.

Orville Hill

Orville Hill is an accomplished and influential Chartered Accountant and Business leader who, for decades, has successfully managed the financial operations of several large organisations in both private and public sectors. Mr. Hill is currently employed to the Jamaica Social Investment Fund as General Manager for Finance, Procurement and Standards where he oversees the financial, procurement and standards procedures for major projects which are funded by the Government of Jamaica, The World Bank, the European Union and the Caribbean Development Bank.

Mr. Hill is also passionate about community engagement initiatives and supports the vulnerable including at-risk-youth through a charitable organisation called “Youth for Arts & Recreational Development (YARD) Empire.

Debby Ann Brown Salmon's work experience over the years has been in the classroom, educating young minds and successfully transforming them into prospective intellectuals.

Firstly, she is a trained teacher in the field of the Arts and English using Art as a teaching tool for other subjects in particular English Literature and English Language, providing students with a reason to enjoy reading and a passion for the Art of Communication.

Secondly, she was fortunate enough to have a career change and ventured into the Legal side of the professional scene becoming an Attorney-at-Law.

Lenford Salmon

Lenford Salmon has been involved at all levels of Jamaica’s performance culture, and has over time gained great insight and knowledge of how it has and continues to shape the Jamaican society, in positive as well as not so positive ways. His passion continues to be public service, giving freely of his time and expertise, especially towards youth mentorship. He describes himself as a Cultural Engineer.

Mr. Salmon has been a part of the Jambiz International team which literally revolutionized Jamaican theatre as it approached the 21st century. Alongside award winning playwright/director Patrick Brown and the late Artistic Director Trevor Nairne, he was a part of the team which was able to firmly establish theatre as an entertainment option of choice by tens of thousands of Jamaicans, extending to the Jamaican Diaspora in the United Kingdom, North America and the wider Caribbean. The team produced over forty of the most memorable and successful theatrical productions staged in Jamaica.

Mr. Salmon also has the distinction of producing more Jamaican National events than any other individual over the past twenty years.
