The Minister noted that the Meeting will examine, among other things, ‘Local Production to Regional Consumption: Opportunities and Challenges for the Circulation of Cultural Goods and Services’, ‘Challenges in the Generation of Employment, Social Inclusion and Promotion of Cultural Diversity’ and ‘Regional Programs on the Circulation of Cultural Goods and Services’.
Minister Grange will be one of two Ministers to open the Ministerial dialogue following the presentations from the Third Plenary Session. She will present Jamaica’s perspective on the topic: ‘Regional Programmes on the Circulation of Cultural Goods and Services’.
Minister Grange said she was grateful for the opportunity to also share Jamaica’s policy positions and programmes relating to culture with the rest of the Caribbean and Latin America.
